Beautiful city of Tabriz is one of the most populated cities In the Azerbaijan Province of Iran. Tabriz is also known to be a historical capital of Iran and currently capital of East Azerbaijan Province. It’s elevation ranges between 1,500 and 1600 meters (about 4,430 and 5,250 ft) above sea level. Tabriz is known to be the biggest metropolitan city in North West of Iran with a population of 1.6 Million.

First language in Tabriz is Azerbaijani Turkish and some of the famous dishes in Tabriz are: Ash, Abghoosht, Dolma, Split pea, Garniyarikh, and Tabriz kofte. Tabriz specialties including qurabiya, Tabrizi Lovuz, eris, nugha, tasbihi, latifeh, ahari, lovadieh, and lokum.
